How do I change my password?
To change your password, click on your username in the top bar of the application, then on preferences and security. You will then have access to the password change interface.
You can also use the "forgotten password" procedure on the login page: https://app.mobility-work.com/login
As a reminder:
- Choose strong passwords (long, complex with uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters (*%! etc), and especially unique for each account.
- Use a Password manager (secure online password manager) to store all this information securely, it also allows you to use unique passwords.
- We recommend that you renew your passwords regularly and implement a renewal policy.

How do I change my colleagues' passwords?
Since Thursday, October 28, 2021, for security reasons, it is no longer possible to change the password of a colleague who has access to several networks from the "Colleagues" menu of the application.
If your colleague wishes to reset his or her password, please use the "Forgot your password?" button accessible from the application's login page.
You can also contact our team via the support interface in the application, or via the address firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then send the password to the network administrator only. It will then be up to the administrator to communicate the new password to the user concerned.
